Bells sent two inspectors out to a house we are under contract to purchase. Both arrived on time and were extremely thorough. Due to builder, Bell team could not do the inspection on scheduled day but they simply rescheduled without any extra charge. Also, Damir did excellent job inspecting our house, few of the deficiencies found were major which I was not expecting.
