After getting quotes from several companies, I chose Damir with Bells Home Inspections for a pre-home purchase. It was the best decision. They gave an extremely detailed pdf report, photos, videos, infrared images, mold lab test report, and post-inspection phone conversation to go over highlighted sections. Let me save you a bunch of time, STOP LOOKING AND JUST HIRE THEM! I did a bunch of research before choosing this company, and still they exceeded my expectations. Extremely responsive, detail-oriented, well organized and precise reports.My husband and I the have worked in the construction and demolition field so we know quite a bit about what we want and what gets missed during a inspection. As both an agent and a buyer, I cannot recommend this inspection company. Not only do they lack professionalism, but they also lack the necessary skills to perform a basic inspection. They charge several hundred dollars for a re-inspection to verify that previous repairs were done correctly. Additionally, their communication is unprofessional and demeaning. When I inquired why the irrigation system wasn’t checked, I was told that they don’t inspect anything underground. I find it hard to understand how an irrigation system isn’t considered part of a home inspection—every other company I’ve worked with has always checked it to ensure it’s functioning properly. I regret choosing this company and wish I had stuck with one I’ve worked with in the past.
