Excellent customer service! Eldar was very helpful in explaining the entire process, including any repairs that may need to be completed. A very detailed and eye opening look into what you are about to purchase. I would definitely use them again!

We had a great experience with Bells Home inspection, the inspector was very thorough through out the whole process!

Pictures were taken and explain to me of potential problems. Found water leak behind Sheetrock. If wasn't for finding water leak I may hv purchase home. Inspection save me $$$. Definitely we'll use bells again for future ihome inspections. Thank you

Damir was very thorough and helpful! Took the time to explain items that were found and provided a very clean and clear report. I am a first time home buyer so I needed probably more help understanding than a typical home buyer so I appreciate his patience.

Reasonably priced and super professional. Found lots of issues in the new build we bought and took great photos to show the builders. The report had an easy-to-follow checklist with clear explanations of each issue and what action to take.

After getting quotes from several companies, I chose Damir with Bells Home Inspections for a pre-home purchase. It was the best decision. They gave an extremely detailed pdf report, photos, videos, infrared images, mold lab test report, and post-inspection phone conversation to go over highlighted sections.
